5/3 Wanted to let you guys know that I have successfully signed up Fraser and have a lease to commence on the 18th March 2024, this month.


Once this takes place I'll let you guys know again to arrange for the referral invoice being paid. 

6/2/24-I won't probably know for a while, as the owner hasn't gotten a set date moving wise as they need to find the right property first up in Queensland plus work before making the big move.


I'm still keeping in touch too of course so will see what the next week or two brings as I have offered Fraser that I was happy to provide a rental reference for him to help secure the right rental up there too.


So shall see what happens, 👍
