8/2/23-David : contacted Gillian. She is yet to make a decision. Sent her a proposal pack. She said she thinks that Raine and Horne sell more in marrickville. I have told her i have 30 years in the Marrickvile Dulwich Hill area and the same buyer will buy in both suburbs. She is leaning towards Fillipo of Raine and horne. I am hoping that you cna sway her to me as he is too busy and has too many listings to take care of her.
