thank you for the information.

I was just waiting to see if the offer we had on the land would be one we would accept however it is not and I will now proceed to email our current real estate agent advising that we would not be renewing the sole agency agreement that, by my calculations, has now expired.

I will then contact the real estate agents you suggested and let you know the outcome.
