Haxhi - Yes I’ve spoken with Richard. This is a tricky one as it’s a separation/divorce. I was able to meet with his ex and walk through the home on Monday.



At this stage matters are with the solicitors, they are seeing if one is able to buy out the other. At this initial stage, the are just needing valuations from estate agents to provide to the legal reps.

It may be unlikely that the home will be sold as both seem keen to buy the other out.
