27/08/2024 - Jason: Happy to report that this residence is now unconditionally sold and on the way to settlement which will be on the 14th September 2024.
8/02/2024 - Jason: I am seeing this residence on Saturday at 12pm. Shall let you know how I go. They are saying they are not seeking to sell until Sept 2024.
31/01/2024 - Marie: I have been in touch with Miriam Brace, 6 Dodonaea Close, Noosaville and she wants me to ring her again early next week to make a time to catch up with her later in that week.
