30/07/2018 From John White Thanks again for the referral for Martin and Nicole Allen. I contacted Martin again on the 13th of June after I met with him and Nicole on the 31st of May. He told me on the 13th that his wife wants to stay in the home and they’ll need another 2 or 3 months to decide what to do. I’ll call him again in the next week or so and let you know how we go.
31/05/2018 From John White I met Martin and his wife, Nicole, this evening and had a good look at their home and provided some (I hope) useful information for them. They’re not sure at this stage whether or not they’ll sell, but I suspect it’s likely. We seemed to get on well, so I’ll keep in touch with them of course. I’ll also keep you updated re any developments.
