Hi Vicki I spoke to Robin Heath and did an appraisal of 121/570 Pine Ridge Road Biggera Waters today. It is a very nice property in an over 50s. These are hard to value as most sales are not recorded. I have a lot of experience with this type of property and valued it at $450,000 she has had appraisals from two other agents , Susan Crook from @realty who does mainly this type of property and she also valued it at $450000. The other agent valued it at $590000 which she realised was ridiculous. We discussed listing it for more to start to get feedback first. She won’t be ready to list until the end of the month as she is going to NSW to look At another over 50s there. Her husband has had a stroke. She is agreeable for me To show people the property to people in the meantime and I believe I will get the listing once she has been to NSW and should sell it quickly. Regards Greg Johnson
