29/5/24- Kylie: The property is about to go on the market and will be under offer at the same time.All of the units 3/4, 4/4, 5/4, 6/4 and 7/4 Grosvenor Court. They will be on the internet today and under offer today.No I have 2 buyers and there will be 2 different commission amounts. I am just waiting for the contracts to see if there will be 2 contracts or 3.

Settlement wont be until August, 2024 but just wanted to let you know as I am not good with these portals etc.
