David's wife had organised a couple of agents - Andrew never got in the door. David also called The Agency - so already had 4 agents

Partner separation - called her a "parasitic ex-wife"



26/02/2024 - APP to Andrew: he said sorry for getting back to us so late.. but he is going to hold off for now and not to do an appraisal. so he put a hold on it.

13/02/2024 - David: I think my wife has organised someone too … if your person gets in touch then fine otherwise there’s no issue. The guy from the Agency won’t work as I gave someone from there who’s been round.
