Hi Sharath

We have just received your details through Which Real Estate Agent.

I have had a look at the plans for your property and can see this a 313sqm block which you mentioned you paid $371,000 for.

Unfortunately in the current market, buyers are paying prices around $305,000 - $315,000 for similar size blocks of land in comparable areas and estates.

There are currently a few titled lots available in the area at this price range.

My best advice would be to talk to the developer directly to see if there is a way you can exit the contract. The best way to do this would be to go through your conveyancer.
