Brian:  Thank you very much Vicki, I have speak with Stephen and will prepare a comparable report for him then schedule a meeting with him.

I have speak with Stephen a couple of times since Tuesday and prepared a proposal for him.

He would like to get rid of the tenant first then sell properly with better presentation for better result.

I will keep trying to schedule a meeting with him face to face and keep you update!
