MAI - The property is still under construction


PAT - The agents have been in touch and we did met Mai on site with her colleague.

I have spoken to Andreas but not met him yet.

We do not have an appraisal as such as we are still in the construction faze.

I have asked the agents to keep in touch as we near construction completion.

ANDREAS - Hey Natalie,They are having big trouble with the builder. 


Property is 4-6 weeks away from completion. The vendor is looking for an agent that  who can see the point of difference in their property who can market & attract buyers who are looking for something different & not a house that looks like every other house in the neighbourhood.
