4/09/2024 - Caley PUD: Still trying to sell this one. Will provide an update in due time.

5/06/2024 - Caley: the sale has fallen through due to issues with the pest/building inspections. We are back on the market & will let you know once another purchaser is engaged. 

15/05/2024 - Caley: Offer and acceptance this morning, sale price $420,000. Sales advice will go out today. Sale is subject to satisfactory building and pest inspection. Buyer has conditional finance approval. Buyer is opting not to enter a cooling off period, and will work towards unconditional exchange.

7/05/2024 - Caley: Property now listed for sale as of 7/5/2024.
