15/2/23- Appointment made Monday at 3 pm. wants to buy out his wife, but doesn't think can afford it, (separated 3 years but still live together) Gary I believe it is above his buyout possibility. 1st agent said 1.2-1.3 mill, for a 6-bed home built to Flame zone requirement that was very low.
