Unfortunately with the DHA lease that the property has it's obvious that it was more difficult to sell than initially expected.
This is definitely not a reflection of John or Williams Real Estate - it's just the nature of the investor market in Victoria currently and the nature of the long term DHA lease attached to the property.21/5 Agent: Bradley Street was withdrawn from sale, wasn’t much interest due to the DHA lease that was in place.
