Husband designed the house, it's up high, verandahs at the front and back, they purchased land in 1991, raised the kids here, but husband is sick and they need to downsize. Very attached to the house, very sad about having to sell but know they need to for practical reasons, selling could still be a few months off, they want to get an idea of what it will sell for to they have some idea of their buying power, as well as info about where to invest their time and money before sale, used to be able to see the sea but trees have grown 4 bed 2 bath, well maintained gardens, please call to arrange sale.
