We have one tenant moving in tomorrow (19/9/24) and the other 25/9/24)
Both are leased for $600. YOu can send the invoices to me for the referral fee. I know the admin/accounts team, pay the invoice when the rent starts coming in. THANK YOU FOR THE REFERRAL, Badri has been lovely to deal with this last 8 or 9 months

Builds nearing completion!
BADRI APR 24 - Waiting to hear from PRD. Got quotes from Kerrie from Stone RE. Decision still about 4-6 weeks away given where construction is at.
KERRIE JULY 24 - Email contact every two weeks. Emailed 11/7/24, to see if landscaping has been completed. I feel like Badri has been receiving incorrect information regarding seperate electricity meters etc but hopefully this sorts itself out
MAY 24 - Spoke to Badri this morning, sent another market update (last one sent in April). Still a couple of weeks off - driveway and landscaping. Confident I will get this listing, we are staying in touch.
APRIL 24 - I have emailed Badri an update this week, as was our arrangement. I think the new build will be completed soon. I will stay on top of this one.
MAR 24 - I have left a message with this client and sent sms, to see how the new build is coming along. We were going to touch base at the end of the month
- Badri is considering other agents also. New builds will be finalised by end of March, so I will know closer to that date. I will stay in touch with him and keep you posted
FEB 24 - Hi Natalie, still a work in progress! He is not quite ready. End of March I have scheduled an update in market with him. I will keep you posted!
