NOT the owner - owner has been in touch with agencies
22/02/2024 - Peter: Just a courtesy email to let you know we spoke to the owner of this land yesterday – Nick Watson (from our office Buxton) but the name given is incorrect. Same email. Same mobile but we sold this land to them and this is not the correct details. Odd, but irrespective – I won’t be following this lead through, Nick from Buxton will and its not the names given.
21/02/2024 - Peter: We sold him the land. I will call tomorrow, mid-morning as per your notes.
