4/12/24- in Courts Mary has no access to property or her exes financial situation has no say.
***divorce will be evaluated by lawyers may not sell waiting game********
28/2/24-I've been in touch with just Casey
However, the properties will now be formally evaluated as per lawyers requests, so I won't need anymore appraisals for now
