sold by  a different agent, was a t a different agency when lead sent to Ray White - no way of determining whether they followed up from database or was a pre-existing with that agent

Michael: I have spoken to Dale in regards to if she is looking to sell the property and she has said NO not at this point of time. Might look at renting it.

Moses: No update to provide at this stage.
