3/12/2025 - UD Joe & Dino / Michael is OUT

Dino: I spoke to Rodney couple of months ago and he advised he just signed a 12month lease so wont sell until after that and hopefully the market has picked up a bit more.

Joe: The owner listed the property previously with YPA and it didn’t sell. The property is currently rented and I’m keeping the owner up to date with my price update emails. At this stage I don’t think he is selling now, however if he changes his mind, I will let you know.
