****Brett Reddel 1/3/24-I appraised the house today and place a price of $1.4mill on it. I have filled out all the paperwork required to list and sent this to Della who will now send to the solicitor and try to force the other owner to sell
tenants in common 50% with Andrews.Hi Vicki, thank you I've contacted Della and I'm going into the property tomorrow to have a look.
