Alison: Hi Vicki,

my apologies for the late reply as I have just returned from leave. I did meet with Lisa and her husband Michael on the 22nd March. They had met with 2 agents before me and were still to meet a further one or two. I got on well with Lisa but got the feeling from Michael that he wasn't that keen on me. Also not in my favour was my indication on price for the home. Both agents before me suggested prices between $850k to $900k. I indicated high $700k's to low $800k's.
