We made initial contact but she wasn?t ready for an appraisal. We are keeping in touch.

Russell - Yes Laura was keen to catch-up and made contact with you guys while her soon to be ex husband was on board but he has since pumped the breaks and it doesn't look like anything is happening anytime soon.

I feel for her as I know she just wants to sell and move forward.  

Yes , spoke to her but with her circumstances it's going to take a little longer but said she is definitely going to be in touch.
