3/1/24 LAF: Thank you for your email, after looking into this matter further, it appears that different agents at the agency had been referred with our lead not resulting in any contact being made. LAF will step away from the service fee on this occasion.
12/9/24- The owner put a tenant in the property but is still trying to sell with us as an investment – minimal interest with investors at the moment
