7/03/2024 - Grant: Rung straight away and meeting today at 11am

Just finished meeting her. Very nice lady. It was her mums place and she has recently passed away and she was in Cairns to clean up and meet real estate agents. She was from Cairns but now lives in Brisbane. I had a look around and it is a nice half duplex 2 bedrooms 1 car garage. She will talk with the solicitor and get back to me. Not sure if she had a few agents meeting but I said I would send her a pre listing document that tells her all charges. I will put in diary to call in 1 week. Thanks for the lead and will keep you informed. 


03 JUN 2024: The contract remains conditional and the new anticipated settlement date has been pushed out a couple of months.
