19/3/25 Followed up with Ray again the house they were looking at fell thru, staying put for now


13/2/25 Alistair said the new property they were looking to buy fell thru, as soon as they find a new one they will prob ctc to sell , leaving with Matt rogers.


15/11/24-Alistair expected to list this one he has a ready buyer who he is selling their house as soon as he does they will buy this one 

4/4/24- Text to Alistair for update Yes I spoke to them yesterday, they have decided to not sell now. Their kids have talked them out of it.


11/3/24 HAPPY with Alistair not Agent two but having discussions with their family at moment one son is for them selling the other isnt.
