Rang about 5 days after your recommendation asked for details and said he would inspect the block and check his planning maps not sure he did an inspection ?
Left 2 messages on 1300 number no reply Rang his mobile 3 days ago said he was in a Bad area and would call me back ( must be a very bad area)🤣
