2/10/2024 - Pam PUD: This one had family members living there so couldn't sell. we will follow up.

15/05/2024 = - Ron PUD: Spoke with Michael this morning. They still have family living in the property and are no closer to doing anything. They intend to tidy up once family have moved out and I have offered to update their appraisal

27/04/2024 - Maxine: Spoke to michael tenant are still finding it hard to find accomodation and being family still built difficult he will keep in touch

23/03/2024 - Pam: 23/03/2024 - Pam: yes we did an appraisal there but property needs heaps of work. Owner was going to move his tenant and do some work then get back to us, we will follow up in a few months

Ron: yes I have appraised the property on 14/03/2024. This is a deceased estate, the niece is living there and I met with her and Micheal last week. There is some maintenance required and they are hoping to put the property on the market soon.

Maxine: Appraisal confirmed for 3:00pm Monday at the home
