live in the property with my Wife, Catherine. The property is in her name at the moment as she bought the unit in 2013 prior to me moving in. The unit has two bedrooms, a main living and dining area, a separate kitchen, one bathroom including a shower and a separate bath, a separate WC, a separate laundry, a small front and rear yard and a single car garage. The kitchen was renovated last year and new flooring in the kitchen installed to suit. There's also evap cooling and ducted heating. Lastly the roof tiles resealed and the gutters replaced recently as well. We feel there would be a little more work to do with some garden maintenance, some fresh paint in some areas as well as a good overall clean when the time comes for inspections. We haven't spoken to any Agents specifically about our unit yet, however we want to get a few appraisals under way soon to start the selling process. We've seen a few properties we'd be interested in (we're looking for something a little larger ie. 3 bedrooms minimum) however have avoided seriously looking at buying them only as we haven't really started the selling process yet so want to get started.
