18/3/24 Michael: Booked in 19th March 11am Hi Vicky, appraisal went well he is a super nice guy.
They aren't at the decision making point of the process yet, we just ran through estimated sale value ($1.45m - $1.5m), the change over costs and the cost of what they would buy out your way.
Hes going to have a meeting with the family with all of that information and get back to me if they're going down the path of selling.
