Currently a rental PM is Blue Moon RE. Vendor is looking to move agencies as she is Overseas a lot so needs someone to look after the rental who is is up front and accessible via whatsap when she is away. Jojo is happy for the agent to be proactive and look after the rental but be contactable if required. Jojo would like to have the rent paid fortnightly to her and does not want to have to speak to the old PM to change over management (she would like you to handle this after she gives you the OK). Current tenants have just signed a 12 month lease. Jojo likes good long-term tenants. Please call to assist She is in Australia currently but will be leaving shortly for overseas.
