Landlocked - NO ACCESS / cannot even confirm correct property - failing not to waste agent time. All had been in touch - same issues

10/05/2024 - James: impossible block to find, i asked for directions & sent photos to see if i was at the right block, never heard back

22/03/2024 - Katie: Yes, he wasn’t aware and understandably unimpressed that he’s been paying rates on such; he’s going to come up to check it out, so we will see; it may be easier to sell to a neighbouring farmer.

22/03/2024 - Katie: I have spoken to Frank and as this property seems to be landlocked there’s not much I can help with in sales. I’ve made a few suggestions and emailed him; if he can get access, we’ll take it from there.
