27/09/2024 - Stewart: Have previously met with the family at the property and hosted a Zoom meeting with everyone to discuss the Market Appraisal and Marketing Recommendation. The property (house and rural property) requires some preparation for market which is well under way. Spoke this week to Mrs Dickens who indicated her family from QLD would be visiting soon and she hoped they might get the final preparations done such that it could be listed for sale.

17/06/2024 - Stewart: 2 generations involved / 4 decision makers. Prep work required - has been there several times. Waiting on Qld stakeholders in about a month - confident they may get this, but uncertainty still exists. Price is an issue - working on them. - MF.
