Thanks for your help Mark but we’ve now gone ahead and signed up with existing property manager.

wouldn't provide details of the current managing agencies they use, and the new ones they had reached out to. 

Wanted the agencies they nominated as they had been in touch with numerous in their search for the cheapest management fees. Also have several manegmen tagencies with their existing properties across Perth
