13/10/2024 - Geoff: Lost to a local agent. Deceased estate. Met with the family onsite. One of the brother commented that I shook his hand “too hard”? I also sat down (after 20 min) without being offered a seat? When I heard that I had lost the assurance - I breathed that I had dodged a bullet🤓🤓

2/10/2024 - Natasha PUD: spoke to Kelly they are no further along- not in any hurry so she says - i said id call her in the new year

7/08/2024 - Natasha; spoke to Kellie- they still have a paintng to do and flooring. hoping to be on the market end of october hasnt made a decision on who they are going with.

Natasha: I spoke to them end of may Called her and she said they were still plodding along she said she would call me when they get closer to making a decision. I will send an email to see where they are at.I have a reminder to call them end of July
