CLIENT: No couldn't find anyone **NOMINEE LAND***

Haxhi: Unfortunately not. Land is extremely difficult to move at the moment. We had only signed a 7 day exclusive as not to lock in the client on a tricky sale. We no longer have an authority on this property.

30/5 ASH TO WITHDRAW CANT SELL IT^^^^^^

Ash: Client has signed the general sale authority for this land yesterday. The property has been launched online.We could not sell this lot for the client and the client said she may list this with someone else.30/5/24

5/4/24-We have signed a 7 day exclusive (45 day continuous) as nomination blocks are tough to move at the moment and as her timeline is short, I don't want her to find herself on a pickle by signing a lengthy sales agreement.

4/4/24 Ash Daga: Client said she is going to try a local agent for the next 7 days and if does not work then she will provide the authority to us.
