Hi Natalie, thanks for the follow up - I can confirm that Reece from Geelong Real Estate Company has been in touch, very promptly and we have an appraisal booked in.. I have not heard from the other 2 contacts and I am not interested in hearing from them now.


REECE -APR 24 - Hi Natalie, I have attended for an appraisal but it seems like the clients are about 3 months off from being ready to do something. The house is actually owned by Fiona’s son and he needs to live there for a few more months to not jeopardise his first home owners grant, so it will be later in the year before they are ready to do something.
