20/10/25 - Thanks for your email. We're always interested in hearing the expected price for our property. We think it would be valued at $770,000 and would like to sell when it reaches around $850,000.

It might not be worth contacting agents until then, although we're always interested in estimates and would sell for the right price. Its on fixed interest under 3% at the moment. - Vendor (Realestate estimate 620k)
