I took the opportunity to go and have a look at the property at Redhill earlier today.

Unfortunately it is not rentable in the condition it is at present, I will let the owner know

Thank you for giving me the lead even if it didn’t turn out to be anything, please keep me in mind in future.

The toilet is sitting in the kitchen – eww



The eaves holding the roof onto the house are all rotten and the front veranda is crumbling and a tripping hazard – there is lots of metal and old building materials sprinkled all over the back yard.

Hope she got it very cheap!

I could not see inside the house as it was locked and I could not see much through the windows but after having a look inside the shed with the kitchen and bathroom is situated that was enough for me.
