24/4 CLIENT: Hello Vicki I got your voice mail message and thought I would give a written response instead of holding you up on the phone. Briefly, I chose to go with P&G although both agents had good presentations however I found Javed a little too pushy. Things were okay until my offer for a property that I wanted to buy fell through as he vendors didn't wish t wait for the time it would take for me to get he deposit from my super fund. This made it a very stressful time as if my property was to sell, I had nowhere to go. I took a cancellation letter to Paul telling the staff (Paul wasn't available) that as soon as I find a property now that I know the procedure, I would contact him in the future if I am able to proceed at some time wont he future.

11/4/24-Thanks Vicki have spoken to Paul and Javid already and arranged inspections for next week.
