10/01/2025 - Checked property address again online, found it on Property (lot 609 Warratah is 31 Warratah)- it was leased by referred agency MPM on 06/08/2024 - see listing on Agency Website, Homely
09/01/2025 - Investigated property comms, Amelia emailed on 07/08/2024 saying property was 42 days on market Rented by Danielle Finlay of MPM Property Gold Coast Rentals.
