(I met with Leenie on Monday.. The house is in very poor condition and the actual land/yard is very overgrown all over the property. There is also a significant level of debris and household junk including old cars etc that need to be removed from the actual house, sheds and land before any marketing can be undertaken. I would say they are still a fair way off being ready to sell. Leenie is also engaging a professional independent valuer to come and value the property as there is still lots of things they still need to sort out internally with her mother who is registered on title before committing to selling.I have given her my recommendations in terms of what really need to be done to get the property ready for sale and she said she will touch base with me once the valuer has completed their assessment. I would be recommending an auction campaign given the unique nature and current condition of the property.Thanks and let me know if you need any further information. ) Have just updated the agent portal.. A meeting with the owner has been scheduled for Monday the 24th April 2024.

STUART - Appraisal is booked in for 10am Friday 👍

Cameron  -MAY 24 - I have provided an appraisal however they have indicated they are quite a while off being in a position to sell. From what I saw, I agree with that also.
