Hi Vicki I spoke to Matt and I said the first step I need to do is to wait for tenant that he can get find another place. Then I had to organise second step for is I have the money to back up for those months that on sale. but if in a week I still want go ahead, I will check one last time with Matt, and Steve about the total fees.
