11/06/2025 - Adam: Bit of an unusual story. Signed this one up over the weekend off market, just an FYI. Unfortunately, mum passed away this morning so its not going ahead any more.

16/05/2025 - Adam: Have stayed in touch with her son Nev. Bit of family stuff to sort out before they think of selling.

21/10/2024 - Adam: Had a few texts back & forth with Neville the son. They are getting closer. Could be worth you following up to see if you could establish a timeline. Have asked and they have walked around it.

7/08/2024 - Adam: He will keep in contact - possibly a couple of months away still, and sister wanting to put in an offer, but will probably be low - Neville keen on going to market and selling by auction. Property is great for a developer to knowck over and build 2 homes

2/08/2024 - Adam: Might be worth you following up on this one. Everything had been going really well with the son who had said they should have the house cleared out by the middle of the month and then it has been radio silence. I know there was likely to be some push back within the family and one of the daughters was trying to buy the property.

12/06/2024 - Adam: Getting closer to listing though daughter may try and buy the property first.

5/06/2024 - Lance PUD: Just got off the phone from Neville. They are still a little bit away from looking to list Boothby Street. Still trying to sort out his Mum's financial affairs and also setting up the farm they bought at Kingaroy

5/06/2024 - Adam: have spoken with daughter and are coming down to Brisbane to sort things out.

29/04/2024 - Adam: That is my understanding as well. When I last spoke the mother was trying to talk to the daughter when her partner wasn’t around which was another layer of complexity.

Adam Stefan: spoke to them last Saturday and multiple times during the week. They still havent spoken to the daughter yet to organise a time for me to get through.
