26/6/24 Joshua: has to withdraw as the ex partner of Marcels has just put a caveat on the property and they cant sell with that. He needs to sort out his stuff with the ex first and then look at selling again. Knocked back an offer of 980k and 950k they originally wanted a mill but the agent said to them its shooting for the stars but will try.
