My advice to the vendor is to remove the property from the market. Currently he is dealing with a health issue and as such the property is just sitting ideal awaiting his decision.

Robbie: Appraised on Saturday the 27th and sent a proposal Monday the 29th Tried to call a few times with no response to date

24/4 Robbie: Spoke with Matthew and we've set an appraisal day for this Saturday the 27th of April. Once completed I will update the portal in relation to his time frame which after speaking with him, three weeks to have the property ready for market

*****Alison: I met with Mathew last Friday and followed him up on Tuesday morning. He said he would get back to me soon so I am hoping to hear from him by the end of the week. The appraisal went really well and his feedback was positive so I am hopeful of getting the business!
