Thank you for following up regarding Geoff

I have attached the communication we have had with him below

He went overseas for a couple of months and when we made contact on his return he seems to have decided to stay with his current management

This does not make any sense as he is paying 9% and we have offered him under 6%

I think he is very busy though and so our plan is to still follow up one more time - in a little while - to see if we can assist

If anything happens you will be the first to know

Je has had a number of bad experiences so with luck we can turn that around for him. We have offered him the same rate as the other company you mentioned to compete. I have mailed him our information and will call him again once he returns form overseas at the end of June . It was a good call so hopefully we will win the business .
