CLIVE NOV 24 - Yes, it was a relative that bought it

It was subject to Finance and that was not due until mid January.

Also, I had to cut the commission by half as it was his cousin.

The vendor would've been better off just less letting the listing expire.

However from our point of view I guess something is better than nothing.

Clive - AUG 24 - He has had problem getting the tent out and then is doing the place up.

It hasn't formally come onto the market yet. It has informally come onto the market yet.

I last spoke to him on 14 May. He said he was having discussions with the bank as the business mortgage was secured against this property. I have diarized to phone him again on 7 June.
