MAY 24 - Hi Natalie! Meeting with Elliot again tomorrow at which time I am hoping for a signed agreement. 


Just a follow up to advise, I have spoken with Elliott and will be providing him with a Marketing Appraisal within the hour.

Elliott lives in Canberra and will assess the information over the weekend. We will then meet up to talk next steps.


MARK -I inspected the property yesterday and also called Elliot today to say the value lies around the very early 300's mark and that was about 50k under what he wanted to get for it to make it worthwhile to sell so he will hold onto it. I'm just organising to meet with the tenants before catching up with the owner...


SARAH -Spoken to him, just calling the property manager to arrange to go out.
